Nothing says comfort like some homemade chicken noodle soup! I found this recipe on allrecipes.com and adjusted it a tad.
Ingredients:
4 Cups cooked Chicken meat (shredded)
1 Cup chopped Celery
1/2 Cup chopped Carrots
1/3 Cup chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Butter
8 ounces Egg Noodles
8-10 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp Dried Marjoram
1/3 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
1 Bay Leaf
Directions:
In a large stock pot, saute Celery and Onion in Butter. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
