My Story

Niki: I was recently diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis in October 2010. I'm learning to control my symptoms through diet while trying not to feel deprived from delicious tasting food. At 30, I am learning to cook all over again. These recipes I have found online, in cookbooks, or have figured out myself. I've tested and love them all. I hope these recipes will help someone else who is newly diagnosed, confused, and overwhelmed about what they can eat like I was.
